PLEASE NOTE: Each mitt is stained by hand and is totally one-of-a-kind. Please allow for slight stain variation. These mitts are intended to replace your typical cloth oven mitt. They have been tested up to 400F degrees. Please note that at higher temps these mitts are good for transferring your hot cast irons from oven to oven top. Expect some scarring at hotter temps. These mitts are unlined, but made with the highest quality full-grain leather which offers more protection than a cloth mitt. Bon Appétit!!
